Lifecycle of a returned order

Once a customer has successfully paid an order placed on your e-shop with Moneymailme application, he/she can request for an order return (according to your e-shop’s return policy), in which case he/she must be refunded with the amount he/she initially paid the order.

Go to the Reports section to locate the Order ID to be returned, then locate the Transaction ID for that order.

Go to Transactions section, locate the retrieved Transaction ID and click on Refund.

Input a refund reason in the form that appears and that’s it; your customer will receive his money back.
