In the web menu, choose Notifications in order to send messages to the Moneymailme team.
Choose from the dropdown the type of notification you wish to send: Support - if you have questions about the Moneymailme application, Transactions - if you want clarifications related to transactions executed on your virtual wallet, Technical Department - if you have questions about M3 e-shop implementation, Legal user update - if you want updates of data on your legal account.
Note: For Legal user update notification type, see Change company data section.
Write a text in the Description field, then click on Send button.
You will receive an email on the provided legal representative email address once we have an answer to your question.
